A leading global brand of consumer electronics and appliances is looking to hire a Global Sales Director to lead the global sales team. The Global Sales Director will be responsible for all sales activities for the sales team (with a focus on international sales). This include sales strategy, lead tracking/sharing, VOC coordination, lead generation, deal negotiations, and the achievement of sales targets. This individual will work closely with all the functional managers of including Product Marketing, Customer and Technical Support, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality.
Role and Responsibilities
-Lead the design and implementation of robust global sales strategies, focusing on international growth opportunities within the consumer goods industry
-Oversee daily sales operations, optimizing processes to support team productivity and exceptional customer satisfaction across diverse regions.
-Strategically manage quarterly and annual sales budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation aligned with organizational goals.
-Define clear, measurable sales objectives, creating and implementing incentive programs to drive performance, engagement, and continuous improvement across the sales team.

-Extensive experience in sales leadership within the consumer goods sector, with a track record of successful strategy execution and revenue growth.
