Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality management across all national and international locations within the business unit.
- Analyze and uphold quality standards while continuously improving the quality management system.
- Design and update business processes aligned with the process map.
- Guarantee product quality by managing deviations systematically and implementing effective analysis and control measures.
- Actively manage cross-functional interfaces to foster positive collaboration across departments.
- Coordinate, prepare, and support certification and surveillance audits to ensure compliance.
- Develop and expand key quality indicators to monitor and enhance performance.
- Organize and deliver training programs focused on quality management and process improvements.
Your Qualifications:
- Master's or diploma in natural or engineering sciences; a doctorate is a plus.
- Extensive experience in quality management, particularly in photonics, semiconductors, aerospace, or special machine construction.
- Proven leadership experience in managing large, preferably international, teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Proficiency in CAQ tools, statistical process control, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and methodological abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of assertiveness.
- High personal integrity and a genuine commitment to team development.
- Resilient and authentic leadership style with a cooperative approach.
- Fluent in both German and English.
