As the Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our operations, supporting P&L management, and leading a team to deliver outstanding results. You will work closely with our African markets, utilising your expertise in mining logistics and project logistics to strengthen our presence and operations across the continent.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in P&L management, with a solid record of financial success.
- Strong team management and leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the shipping industry, with specialised expertise in mining logistics and project logistics.
- Extensive experience working in Africa or a deep understanding of the African shipping industry, particularly in the oil & gas sector.
- Proficiency in English is required.
