About the Role
As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the production of a new site leading a diverse team of 40 professionals across process engineering, automation, and construction. Acting as the focal point for multiple units, you will:
- Lead Problem-Solving Efforts: Collaborate with team leads to address complex engineering challenges.
- Oversee Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Ensure smooth project execution across different units and disciplines.
- Drive Innovation: Lead the charge on exciting projects, including building new sites from the ground up.
- Project Leadership: Act as a central figure in regional projects spanning Switzerland and Austria, ensuring quality delivery and operational excellence.
