Responsibilities:
- Will lead engineering department (Controls, High Voltage, Low Voltage, and Mechanical Group)
- Manage people and schedules
- Focus on building out the organization
- Serve as a hands-on Engineer when needed
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience
- Background in engineering (mechanical or electrical)
- Familiar and comfortable working in a smaller team environment
- Ability to take action and act as a go-getter
