Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our electrical engineering team in the design, development, and implementation of advanced electrical systems for our automotive products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians in the design, development, and testing of electrical systems and components for motor vehicles.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and automotive technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in electrical engineering and project management within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., IEEE, NEC, IEC).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
