My client is seeking a Electrical Engineer with a specialization in PCB design to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in designing printed circuit boards (PCBs) using Altium Designer software. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative electronic products and systems by designing, testing, and optimizing PCB layouts.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex PCB layouts for various electronic products and systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards, design specifications, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, firmware engineers, and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration of PCB designs into overall product architecture.
- Perform schematic capture, component selection, and PCB layout using Altium Designer software, with a keen eye for optimizing performance, manufacturability, and cost.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in PCB design, with a strong proficiency in Altium Designer software.
- Solid understanding of electronic components, circuit design principles, signal integrity, and PCB fabrication processes.
- Experience with high-speed digital, analog, and mixed-signal PCB design is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with PCB layout constraints, EMI/EMC considerations, and thermal management techniques.
