Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead our client's dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying new leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business development efforts in the food manufacturing market.
- Oversee identification and and qualification of new sales leads through calls and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets to support company growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- 10+ years of experience of sales experience
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the packaging or food manufacturing sectors.
- 5+ years of experience leading direct reports
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
