An actively growing food manufacturing company is looking for a Director of Project Engineering to join the team in Idaho. This role will be supporting mid-large size strategic capital projects at the plant!
Responsibilities include:
- Key leadership role to lead the capital planning initiatives at the site
- Support plant expansion projects from beginning through scale-up
- Work internally and cross-functionally to develop engineering solutions
- Implement manufacturing process improvements across the plant while working with internal teams
Skillset will include:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related
- 10+ years of project management experience
- Working on projects at least $50MM+ in budget
- Industrial space background preferred (pharma or food)
