Job Title: Director of Benelux Coldchain/Pharma

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Benelux Coldchain/Pharma to join our team. This role is pivotal in representing our company within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, focusing on warehouse management, docking, and freight operations, with a focus on bringing new clients to new warehouse.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive business developer with a strong operational background, capable of generating new business and opening doors to new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Actively hunt for new business opportunities on a
monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
* Warehouse Management: Oversee the filling and operation of our new warehouse,
ensuring efficient docking and freight handling.
* Client Representation: Represent the company in the pharmaceutical and
healthcare sectors, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
* Temperature Control Airfreight: Specialize in temperature-controlled airfreight,
ensuring proper packaging, transportation, and lane risk assessment.
* Networking: Leverage extensive networks within the pharma and healthcare
industries, including Flight Pharma, Logipharma, and IKBC.
* Sales Planning: Develop and implement a sales account plan for the next four
years.
* Reporting: Report regularly to the Managing Director and Head of Sales, providing
updates on business development activities and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
* Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharma and
healthcare sectors (deep knowledge on all details surrounding coldchain).
* Language: Fluent in Dutch, with the ability to communicate effectively with industry
experts.
* Skills: Strong business development skills, operational expertise, and knowledge of
temperature-controlled airfreight.
* Education: Relevant educational background in logistics, supply chain
management, or a related field.
* Interviews: Candidates will undergo a three-stage interview process, including
pre-validation and interviews with the Managing Director, Head of Sales, and
potentially the VP.
Ideal Candidate:
* A proactive and driven individual with a strong operational background.
* Not overly specialized but knowledgeable in temperature-controlled airfreight.
* Capable of developing new business and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication
and networking skills
