Development Manager (M/F/D)

You will lead the creation and enhancement of innovative products, managing the full development lifecycle-from selecting raw materials to successful pilot production close collaboration with your supervisor.
You'll be tasked with evaluating project requirements, developing comprehensive project plans, and setting precise specifications.
You'll ensure that project time lines, budgets, and costs are strictly adhered to.
You will foster a proactive, collaborative development culture, encouraging effective communication and partnership with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Following your training period, you will participate in the on-call rotation.
You will oversee both the disciplinary and technical management of your product development team.
You will be responsible for the continuous growth and professional development of the team members under your guidance.
Your Qualifications:
- You hold a degree in paper engineering, chemistry, or process engineering.
- You have several years of experience in product development.
- You possess a strong sense of personal responsibility and commitment.
- You excel in organisational tasks.
- You have substantial experience in managing projects.
- You demonstrate a hands-on approach, with strong assertiveness, communication skills, and initiative.
