Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the DACH region.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities, including new products, markets, and customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders in the region.
- Provide product and sales training to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape in the cleaning equipment/robotics industry in the DACH region.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market share.
