Responsibilities:
Engages with project customers at all levels.
Networks with relevant offices in Europe to ensure current business is under control.
Facilitates review meetings on current and new project opportunities with companies.
Provides support to the bid team both technically and commercially, creating bespoke responses to submit to customers.
Contributes directly to the preparation of tender submissions, meeting specific deadlines, with support from the global bid team.
Writes technical responses and describes project management processes and overall execution, drawing from direct experience relevant to project cargo.
Explores alternative responses and solutions, thinking outside the main questions from customers.
Follows direction from the European Head of Business Development and the Global Business Development Head to align strategy with company objectives.

Technical Project Logistics Experience: Possesses excellent knowledge and understanding of project-specific requirements, contract logistics, competitor market strategies, and different pricing strategies. Involved in the project industry with a solid background.
Operations Experience: Understands heavy lifts, out-of-gauge cargo movements, and cost implications related to oil and gas projects. Demonstrates excellent understanding of INCOTERMS and the ability to negotiate project and contract-specific rates directly with suppliers.
Commercial & Tender Preparation: Challenges self and others to exceed standards and achieve extraordinary results, striving for innovative, out-of-the-box solutions for new projects.
