A leading global technology solutions provider, that specializes in designing, producing, and servicing cutting-edge products and systems that enhance efficiency, quality, and safety in food processing and air transportation is looking to hire an Controls Engineer for their growing team. The Controls Engineer will troubleshoot, service, design, build and fix the Automated systems, computerized systems, and robotic devices, such as Automated Controls, Robotic Assembly devices, and Computer-Controlled Systems across sites.
The Controls Engineer will be responsible for:
- Troubleshoot, service and fix the computerized systems and robotic devices that are designed to reduce human interaction, such as robotic assembly devices and computer-controlled building air-conditioning systems.
- Manufacture, document, and test control systems and process controls.
- Installation, testing and calibration level, temperature, and flow controls.
- Programmable logic Controllers (PLC) Communication and Automation Systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems. PLC programs, motor VFD's and other electronic systems.
- 30% travel to customer sites
The Ideal Candidate has:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 4 years experience
- Must be self-motivated, able to work with the appropriate level of supervision and accept a high degree of personal responsibility for results.
