Role Overview:
I am looking for a dedicated Change Management Officer to lead change initiatives within the Supply Chain function, reporting directly to the Material Management team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth transitions for new processes, tools, and strategies across supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and communication skills to drive alignment and adoption of change across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies for supply chain initiatives to ensure seamless integration with current processes.
- Collaborate with the Material Management team to identify areas for improvement and create plans to facilitate change.
- Conduct impact assessments and risk analyses to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.
- Design and deliver training and communication materials to support new processes, ensuring a clear understanding among teams.
- Measure and monitor the success of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed to maximise effectiveness.
- Engage with stakeholders across supply chain functions to gain buy-in and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to teams through change processes, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in change management, ideally within supply chain or materials management.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of implementing successful change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in change management tools and methodologies, such as ADKAR or Prosci.
- Analytical mindset with experience in conducting impact assessments and tracking metrics for change initiatives.
