Job Title: Category Manager
Location: New York, NY (onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies Indirect services including HR, Contingent Labor, Real Estate, Facilities, and other Non-IT categories.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on indirect services.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
