As the solar panel market fluctuates, we are diversifying our business to ensure growth and stability. We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and help us expand our forwarding warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Client Management:
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, focusing 75% on one major client and 25% on another key client.
- Develop new business opportunities and bring in cargo quickly.
- Work with several agents and leverage an extensive network to secure new clients.
- Warehouse and Logistics Coordination:
- sell value added services such as inventory storage, and last-mile distribution across Europe.
- Connect forwarding business with storage solutions and manage the transport.
- Market Adaptation:
- Adapt to the fluctuating market
- Adapt to the fluctuating market
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the existing managing director to integrate e-fulfilment and B2C strategies.

Qualifications:
- Native Dutch speaker.
- Proven experience in sales and logistics, preferably in the forwarding and warehouse sectors.
- Strong network within the industry
- Ability to work independently and remotely if necessary.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
