Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Tender Management (Ocean) to join their regional office in Hong Kong. It's a global freight service provider with global operations within Europe, US, Asia Pacific including China and JP.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate with shareholders in developing strategic solutions within ocean freight services
- Price negotiation, RFI gathered from different resources
- Identify potential risks and follow up with end-to-end process with designated partners
- Review and analyse tendering within Ocean BU, liaise closely with internal teams including Account Management and Sales Team, Operation Team and CS Team etc
- Maintain good relationship with clients to ensure company standards and compliance
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any disciplines
- 3-5 years of solid experience in tender management within ocean services
- 3PL or shipping line background is desired
- Great communication skills in English and Chinese
- Agile, resilient and fast-paced individual
